Telmo Arbex Linhares and Rubens Marin have founded A.L.M. Advogados. The firm specializes in Real Estate Law, conflict resolution and mediation, Digital, Business and Corporate Law, compliance, data protection, Labor Law, design law & visual law and litigation management.

The firm reaches the market with clients in several sectors of the economy, including construction companies, developers, condominium management, consultancies, financial institutions, among others.

The new office is located in the Itaim Bibi region, in the capital of São Paulo.

Telmo Arbex Linhares has experience in Real Estate Law, being a member of the Real Estate Law Debate Board, deputy coordinator of Real Estate Development at the São Paulo section of the OAB and Professor of matters involving LGPD and Real Estate Law. He has worked in firms such as Nogueira, Elias, Laskowski & Matias Advogados and Timoner & Novaes Advogados and in corporate legal departments, including Odebrecht.

Rubens Leonardo Marin is a legal advisor to the Brazilian Association of Incorporators and legal advisor to the vice-presidency of Incorporations at Secovi-SP. Member of the Brazilian Association of Jurimetry, of the Brazilian Institute of Real Estate Law, of the Debate Bureau of Real Estate Law and Professor in graduate and undergraduate courses. He has worked in the legal departments of large companies, such as Even Construtora, Brookfield and IESA Projetos, Equipamentos e Montagens, and law firms such as Tozzini Freire and BMA Advogados.
